Wy I Am Fundraising:

I have always been passionate about international relations because I believe that understanding the complexities of our world is crucial for creating positive change. Growing up in a diverse community, I have seen firsthand how cultural differences can lead to both misunderstandings and opportunities for growth. My goal is to learn how different nations interact, resolve conflicts, and collaborate on global issues such as poverty, climate change, and human rights.

The summer program I wish to attend offers an incredible opportunity to deepen my knowledge and skills in this field. It includes workshops, lectures from experts, and the chance to connect with other students who share my interests. I know that participating in this program will not only enhance my education but also empower me to contribute effectively to discussions and solutions around global challenges.

However, the cost of the program is £10,000, which is beyond what my family can afford. We face financial challenges, and while I was honored to receive a £1000 merit award for my academic achievements, it is not enough to cover the full cost. I am fundraising to make this dream a reality, as I believe that with the right education and experiences, I can make a meaningful impact in my community and the world.
